4. Services Provided Fairfield Farms Inc is a landscape architect and nursery providing:

• Retail sales of trees, shrubs, pottery, and fountains.
• Landscape design and installation services.
• Delivery services within our designated service areas (Sumter, Lake, and Marion Counties).

5. Payment and Refunds Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Installation services often require a deposit with final payment due upon completion. Specific warranties on plant health (if any) are governed by the invoice or contract provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for plant death due to lack of care (watering) or "Acts of God".

6. User Representations By using the Site, you represent and warrant that: (1) All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete. (2) You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

7.
