2. Services Provided Fairfield Farms Inc. is a landscape architect and nursery providing: 

• Retail sales of trees, shrubs, pottery, and fountains. 
• Landscape design and installation services. 
• Delivery services within our designated service areas (Sumter, Lake, and Marion Counties). 

3. Payment and Refunds: Prices for products and services are subject to change without notice. Installation services often require a deposit (e.g., 50%) with final payment due upon completion. 

4. User Representations: By using our services, you represent that: (1) You have the legal authority to authorize landscape work on the property provided. (2) You agree to provide accurate and current information for all orders and appointment requests. 

5. Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fairfield Farms Inc. will not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. 

• Plant Warranty: Specific warranties on plant health (if any) are governed by the invoice or contract provided at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for plant death due to lack of care (watering), "Acts of God," or extreme weather events. 

6. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Florida. Fairfield Farms Inc. and you irrevocably consent that the courts of Florida shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute. 

7. SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions By consenting to Fairfield Farms Inc’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of us through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided. 

• Program Description: We send text messages to confirm orders, coordinate delivery times, and provide service estimates. 
• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to +1 805-570-3354. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. 
• Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at hop@fairfieldfarms.com. 
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
